Orders are processed Monday through to Friday and are shipped within 72 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.
We charge a flat rate of $35 for all international orders. We use standard International post that has a 5-30 business day delivery time once the order has been shipped (shipping time varies per destination). Please note that this does not include customs processing delays.
All Taxes and Customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of order. Taxes and Customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We would suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you.
If you experience any difficulties while entering your Shipping address during checkout or while you are creating an account, please email Wanderlust@1111lashstudio.com with your full shipping address and contact phone number before you place your order so that an account can be set up for you.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
If a customer error in shipping address is made during the checkout process,1111 Lash Studio reserves the right to charge a reshipment fee of $10.00 for Standard shipping US orders and $25 for international orders.
We offer free shipping over $100 in US and $150 for international orders this includes the cost of purchased items only and excludes the cost of shipping.
Please bear in mind although we try our best to ship within 72 hours of placing your order our peak periods are generally leading up to Christmas,New Year and Easter (November, December, March and April). It’s best to place your order at least a week or two prior as there are delays in shipments during the mentioned periods.There are also delays due to the Coronavirus. 1111 Lash Studio will keep you up to date via email with any delays.
BACK ORDERS/OUT OF STOCK
1111 Lash Studio keeps a substantial amount of stock in most designs. However, we might have some products that are “out-of-stock” due to shipment delay from supplier. If this occurs we will ensure to update you as soon as possible.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns, so please choose carefully.
